These terms set out the conditions for using the tarot readings, card dictionary, guides, columns, and all other online services (the “Service”) provided by Atelier Tarot (the “Site”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Site and its users.

2. Nature of the Service

1. Tarot readings on the Site combine randomly shuffled cards with prewritten interpretations and are content for entertainment and self-reflection.
2. The tarot reader “Selena” who appears on the Site is an AI character, not a real person.
3. Reading results do not predict or guarantee the future and do not replace professional medical, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Effect and changes

1. These terms take effect when posted on the Site, and by using the Service you agree to them.
2. The Site may change these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will post the effective date and reason for any change.

4. Using the Service

1. The Service is free and available to anyone without registration.
2. The Site may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
3. Some features, such as your daily tarot record, are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are deleted when you clear browser data.

5. User obligations

Users must not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, or commercially use the Site’s content without permission
• Place excessive load on the Site using automated means such as crawlers or bots
• Click on advertisements fraudulently or encourage others to do so
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or infringe on the rights of others

6. Copyright

1. Copyright in the card interpretations, columns, design, characters, and images on the Site belongs to the Site operator.
2. Users may quote parts of the content for non-commercial purposes only when clearly crediting the source (Atelier Tarot and a link to the page).

7. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising such as Google AdSense to support its operation. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and the products or services they offer, and the Site is not responsible for transactions between users and advertisers.

8. Disclaimer

1. The Site is not responsible for decisions users make based on tarot readings or their consequences.
2. The Site is not liable when it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or server failures.
3. The Site is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Site.
